Mr. Shiver is an internationally-recognized executive in the fields of energy, investments, technology, communications and security. He serves on the Board of China Security & Surveillance Technology, Inc., [NYSE: CSR; Nasdaq Dubai: CSR] and heads CSR’s Compensation Committee.

Mr. Shiver is a former member of the Board of Directors of ADT Limited, which grew into a multi-billion dollar global provider of security and communication services. Robert acted as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ADT Communication Services, which was national provider of voice and data communications products and services for ADT Limited.
